The OrchestrateIT Client is a Microsoft Windows desktop application that integrates with a Microsoft SQL Database. The OrchestrateIT Client has the following minimum system requirements:
Access to a proxy-free internet connection for a one-time license authorization. You can use mobile hotspots for this process. This is only required when setting up your database – not during the installation for each OrchestrateIT workstation instance.
Microsoft Windows clients running Windows 7 or later (x64 or x86). 15MB available disk space. Minimum 1GB RAM.
Client must have a live network connection to the SQL database at all times. There is no support for offline use.
Recommended screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 or greater for best viewing experience.
An unblocked port for database communications within your corporate network (ie. TCP port 1433). This port does not need to be accessible to WAN/internet.
A server running Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 or later with SQL Server 2012 or later installed and configured to use an SQL-based account for application-database authentication.
